How does a school secure the early-adopter rate?
Submit the interest form in the school plan above so I can arrange billing with you. Your place is secured when payment is complete. Only the first 10 schools to pay by December 1, 2026 are guaranteed this rate.
Why is the early-adopter plan limited to 10 schools?
Each early-adopter school receives direct access to me for one-on-one onboarding and feedback. That personal support, plus the ongoing cost of classroom integrations, does not scale at this price, so this plan is limited to 10 schools.
How long does the price stay locked?
While your subscription remains continuously active, your $5 per-student annual rate will never increase, and your school will receive every future Type the Word feature at that same rate in perpetuity.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Canceling ends the subscription and forfeits the early-adopter rate.
Why isn't the school plan free?
Individual use is free forever. The school plan includes direct one-on-one support and classroom integrations that have ongoing costs, so the classroom program is paid. Type the Word is ad-free, and I don't sell student data or monetize access to your classroom.
Donation-funded schools: If your school is primarily supported by donations, pricing can be negotiated. Please don't let cost prevent you from reaching out.
